Brief Crisis Therapy Level 1 Training

From crisis comes opportunity. In this full-day training we will do just that - find the opportunities in crisis therapy.

By the end of this one-day introduction to the Brief Crisis Therapy Model you will:

• be introduced to the Brief Crisis Therapy Model;
• become familiar with the philosophy, assumptions, and theories integrated in the model;
• be able to describe the goal of each of the three therapeutic sessions in the model; and
• learn specific strategies to use in your brief crisis work.

The goal of this training is for you to feel more confident and competent in brief crisis therapy so you can increase hope, create change, and reduce clients' suffering.
