About Us
Our mission is to reduce human emotional suffering by empowering individuals and organization with therapeutic tools and strategies.

As therapists and researchers, we have witnessed the devastation that the Covid crisis has had on mental health and wellbeing across North America.
There has been an increasing demand for clinical services and the necessity to be able to deliver effective therapy in a timely fashion.
We support clinicians, agencies, and organizations that work with clients in psychological crises. Our goal is to achieve a sense of wellness and hope with an evidence-based, three-session counselling approach that dramatically improves mental health outcomes, minimizes wait times, and maximizes staff retention and satisfaction.
